With GageChek R&R it's easy. All you do is type in the specs and part measurements and with a single keystroke, final results appear instantly, ready for printing.

At the touch of a key, cards slide onto the screen in different colours allowing you to enter data and view the results. Even as you type, a continually updating measurement range appears in the right column.

Touch the [shift] key and anything out-of-spec appears in colour coded highlight. Touch the [shift] key on Cards 5 or 6 and a pop-up Bar Chart appears as shown in the examples. Editing is easy with functions to toggle character case, delete lines or columns, date stamp, etc.

Use the 'Lockout' feature to lock a card until an operator has finished taking readings. There's also an Online Help Card to assist you with the key functions.

You can choose from five types of printouts (see examples). Print the standard industry Long Form R&R reports or print the eight (8) GageChek R&R cards (not shown) onto a single sheet for a fast recap along with a Bar Chart.

Reports include your Company Name at the top, the gauge and part specifications, all measurement readings and ranges, oversize and undersize markers, final results and the formulas and constants used to arrive at the results, names, comments, and date.

Save your study to a disk file for future reference or load a previous study for editing or to use as a master. GageChek R&R comes with a detailed User's Manual.
